Terms of Service

1. The service

TwBase is a business management platform (CRM, email, calendar, finances and related tools) provided as a subscription service ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including team members ("delegates") you invite. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply. Failed payments may result in suspension after notice.

4. Your data

Your business data (clients, emails, finances) belongs to YOU. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your settings.

5. Acceptable use

No spam, unlawful content, abuse of email sending, attempts to breach security, or reselling of the Service without authorization. Sending features include anti-abuse protections; repeated violations may lead to suspension.

6. AI features

AI-generated replies and content are assistive drafts based on your configuration (catalog, playbook). You are responsible for reviewing outbound communications and for the commitments made to your clients.

7. Availability & support

We aim for high availability (see the public status page) but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-app.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon deletion, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy retention rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes require re-acceptance in-app (versioned). Continued use after acceptance constitutes agreement.
